Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

MindMend operates on a strict No Refund policy. Once a session is booked and paid for, the fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies to individual sessions, bundled packages, and assessments. 

2. Rescheduling Appointments

While we do not offer refunds, we are fully committed to ensuring you receive the care you booked. You may reschedule your appointment without any penalty, provided you meet the following conditions: 

• Advance Notice: You must request to reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your original appointment time.

• Late Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be treated as a late cancellation. The session will be forfeited, and no refund or complimentary reschedule will be provided. 

3. Provider Cancellations

In the rare event that your therapist must cancel a session due to an emergency or illness, you will be offered priority rescheduling for the earliest available date, or the session credit will be maintained on your account for future use.
